A Helpful Guide for Parents, Part I

If you take care of a baby weighing between 8 and 25 pounds you probably know about the "Baby Bjorn" carrier.
















The Bjorn carrier is convenient. Comfortable. Trendy. But there is one drawback: You can only see the top of baby's head. Since baby is facing out, you have no idea what's really going on down there.














Is baby making weird faces? Obscene hand gestures? Is spit-up gushing out of baby's mouth a la The Exorcist? You just don't know.

The only thing you can do is watch how others react to your child. Their facial expressions will indicate whether you should worry or not. To make it even easier, you can use this cheat sheet.
